Allotment of Shares under the offer for subscription (the “Offer”) and circulation of Share Certificates

On 9 March 2022, the Company allotted shares to all investors in its recent Offer, launched on 20 January 2022.  Investors in the Offer are therefore notified that they are due to receive Share certificates in respect of this allotment, which will be posted out to them on 24 March 2022.
